Abu Dhabi National Oil Company for Distribution, now known as ADNOC DISTRIBUTION, was established in October 1973 in Abu Dhabi for the distribution and marketing of refined petroleum products.

Aviation Refueling Service commenced at Abu Dhabi International Airport on 2nd January 1982 and was later extended to include Bateen Airport (June 1982), Fujairah International Airport August 1987), Al Ain International Airport (March 1994) and Sharjah International Airport (October 2000).

At Fujairah International Airport, ADNOC DISTRIBUTION has the following capabilities :-

EPPCO Aviation

Eppco Aviation's core business is to receive, store and deliver jet fuel at Dubai, Sharjah and Fujairah International Airports as well as at the Minhad Military Airbase. Their clients include most major international Airlines including Emirates and the Royal (Dubai) Airwing.

Customer Focus and service is the hall mark of EPPCO AVIATION's Management philosophy. Its Equipment Design, IT System, Customer Care System and Quality Assurance System embody this philosophy.

EPPCO Aviation is a joint venture between Emirates National Oil Company (ENOX) and Caltex. They deliver Jet A-1 in bulk to storage facility and into plane to civil and military aircraft.

The fueling equipments are custom-built and use components that enhance reliability, safety, accuracy of metering and efficiency of operations. Their refuellers and hydrant dispensers have digital/smart meters, cab computers and ticket printers. The latest back-office software optimizes resource planning and deployment scheduling and dispatch and provides Management Reports.

They have also invested in a 58kms cross country jet fuel pipeline with state of the art leak detection, pressure control, filtration and metering systems.

EPPCO is also the first ISO 9002 and 14001 certified into-plane refueller in the Middle East. They are also the Dubai Quality award holder.
